I, __________________________ Hereby swear, that I am bound to this contract and agree not to breed to puppies/dogs I purchase from Gigi’s Pocket Pomeranians LLC. I promise to abide by the guidelines stated herein this contract and if I should break the non-breeding agreement, I will be responsible for paying Owner of Gigi’s Pocket Pomeranians LLC (CAP) for lost wages due to not paying full breeding rights price, in the amount of $2,000 USD and an additional lump sum of $10,000 USD for damages for violating the no breeding contract. I agree to the following Guidelines by signing this document:
● Not tobreed the dog/puppy purchased from Gigi’s Pocket Pomeranians LLC.
● ToSpaythedog purchased from Gigi’s Pocket Pomeranians LLC at a year old, or otherwise agreed upon between Breeder and new Owner.
● IF you are unable to keep the dog any longer, for what ever reason, you agree to return the dog/puppy to Gigi’s Pocket Pomeranians and will give first option..
● Deposits are non-refundable, however, they can be applied to future pairings if for some reason, plans change or fall through.
One Year Health Guarantee Puppy is Guaranteed through breeder (Gigi’s Pocket Pomeranians) for one year, of genetic defects or diseases. Both parents of the puppy have been Embark DNA Health Tested and have been shown to be clear of all Health Variants Embark Tests for. If the puppy becomes effected breeder agrees to replace puppy and take the effected puppy back.
We stand behind the health of the dogs within our line and our guidance doesn’t end when one of our dogs/puppys go home. We take pride in the dogs we produce and hope to only produce the best quality pets we can to our puppy owners.
